About the position:

 

What will you do?​

• Take a significant part of implementing and characterizing the finance operational processes.

• Manage AP balances, including processing vendor invoices, and maintaining approval flow and payments.

• Reconcile banks, vendors, and inter-company balances.

• Manage the credit card process, including credit card statement reconciliations.

• Generate AR invoices and manage the collections.

• Prepare and submit monthly VAT reports and other statutory submissions.

• Support the annual audits and reviews and assist with ad-hock management report.

• Prepare financial and administrative reports as needed.

• Full ownership of payroll cycle in IL and the US employees’

• A focal point for all pension funds-related matters for new and current employees.

• Know of and keep current with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors.

• Manage expenses reimbursements and travel reports.

• Assist in other ongoing bookkeeping duties as necessary.

What you need to succeed:​

• An experience of at least three years with the above requirements and for a global company is required.

• Certificate of IL payroll controller, Bookkeeping Certificate Type 3/2 – Must.

• Responsible, detailed, accurate and execution oriented.

• Excellent Knowledge of the Priority software including implement new processes.

• Work well under pressure and know how to manage time and prioritize to meet due dates.

• Strong interpersonal skills articulated and know how to work well with people in team and external.

• Good Excel skills, ability to self-tough new software.

• Excellent verbal and written skills in Hebrew and English – Must.
