About us:

Virility Medical is a consumer healthcare company specializing in sexual wellbeing for men and women. We have developed in2 patch, the world’s first, clinically proven wearable skin patch based on muscle stimulation, scientifically engineered to delay ejaculation.

Our revolutionary patch is FDA-cleared, CE-marked, and introduces a paradigm shift in sexual wellbeing.

About the position:

We are seeking an experienced brand manager to execute our brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and communication across various channels. If you are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building and growing brands, curious, dare to disrupt, and a team player with a can-do approach, you are welcome to join our team!

We are based in Hod Hasharon, Israel (on-site).


What will you do?

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that supports business objectives, enhances market presence, and drives growth.

  •  Execute strategic messaging and presentation materials for professionals (sexologists, sex educators, etc..).

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, messaging, and visuals that align with the brand's identity and objectives.

  • Develop content strategy and engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, clinical data, PR, and more. Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, online conversation, and consumer insights to identify market trends, customer preferences, competitors’ activities, and opportunities for brand growth.

  • Use data-driven insights to inform brand strategies and optimize marketing initiatives.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams and external agencies.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a brand manager from global wellbeing/ lifestyle companies (Experience with the US / global markets is an advantage).

  • Excellent knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and execution, including e-commerce platform development/optimization, digital analytics, managing and optimizing successful digital lead generation programs on SEO, PPC, and more. 

  • Strong analytical skills in using marketing software and tools.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Passion for branding and a keen eye for detail.

  • Bachelor level degree in a related field, MBA or equivalent preferred.
