About the position:

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce & digital manager to lead and manage our e-commerce platform, social media channels and digital activities. If you are Spark, curiosity, dare to disrupt, results oriented, a team player with a can-do approach, you are welcome to join our team!

We are based in Hod Hasharon, Israel.


What will you do?

  • Develop, communicate, and execute our rollout to global countries through creating an e-commerce D2C platform and a digital first method to build the brand and sell our products

  • Develop and execute the digital and e-commerce strategy for leading markets (mainly US and IL)

  • Develop & implement effective PPC campaigns to hit goals and ROI, both short term and long term

  • Manage all the digital aspects: content creation, social media, partnerships, SEO, Influencers

  • Oversee conversion optimization, data & analytics

  • Optimize digital resources for better ROI / achievement. Prioritize spending and manage budget to agreed targets.

  • Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identifying opportunities for improvement in performance & regularly reporting to management

  • Manage distributers and provide them with the required commercial content they need for best results in each country or region


Experience Required

  • At least 5 years of experience as a digital / e-commerce manager from global wellbeing/ lifestyle companies. Experience with the US market is an advantage

  • Excellent knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies and execution, including e-commerce platform development/optimization, digital analytics, managing and optimizing successful digital lead generation programs on SEO, PPC, and more

  • Proven record of social media management, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn

  • Experience in building digital assets and a holistic data-based customer journey across a variety of channels and digital tools

  • Strong analytical skills and dashboard creation

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and SEO

  • Experience with multiple platforms, e.g. AdWords, Facebook

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytical tools

  • An eye for design and small details

  • Native English Speaker - a MUST (additional languages are a plus)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor level Degree in a related field, MBA or equivalent preferred
